Diamond offers continual year-round training both free and paid to improve staff productivity. The more you know about your software ,the more it can work for you. We believe in education and advancement of software skills.

Our training is conducted through online webinars, making it easy and convenient for staff to attend without having to schedule time away from the office. 

 

Current Sessions

In order to accommodate busy schedules, we are offering three sessions of each topic throughout the third quarter of the year. There will be once class offered each month. Please follow the registration process and when you get to "Course Selection" choose only the one course that suits your schedule. Selecting more than one will charge you each registration.


NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION | $390 + tax 

This session will orient you to the basics of the Diamond/Dynamics GP Solution.  You will gain an understanding of how to navigate the system regardless of what module you’re working with.  Personalize your desktop and extract data using basic tools such as Smart Lists and general reporting.  We will also cover basic troubleshooting along with some very common support questions for new users.

SMART LIST BUILDER BASICS | $390 + tax
