If you’re looking for a refresher for Utility Billing or need to get started you can join us for a review of how to make the most out of the Utility Billing Module.  Areas that will be covered include a review of the process for maintaining master records information such as Accounts, Customers and Meters.  A review of how to process utility transactions, such as penalties, work orders and levies & Billing.
